About our training approach
The ARC EM training programme aims to go beyond the usual CPD style training courses offered by health/social care organisations, or the traditional skills training offered by Universities. Where possible, we prefer not to duplicate what is already available elsewhere. Most of the time, there is no cost associated with attending our sessions (although sessions offered by the Centre for Ethnic Health Research may have a cost to them depending on your role / employing organisation).
Our training sessions tend to be delivered virtually, in order that we can cover the geography of the East Midlands without the need for people to travel to one of our bases, thus widening access for all.
