Kate Kirk awarded NIHR CLAHRC EM PhD

Kate Kirk has been awarded her PhD, funded by CLAHRC EM, and hosted by CHILL at Nottingham University Business School.

Kate is a registered nurse. Her research explores emotional labour theory in the emergency department setting. She is currently working as a research fellow on a national NIHR Embedded research study, aiming to increase the influence of health service research on decisions about the improvement and redesign of the NHS.
