Clinical-Academic Practitioner Network network meeting

The 4th meeting of the East Midlands Clinical-Academic Practitioner Network (EMCAPN) will be held on 17th July 2019, from 13:00 – 15:00

(Starting with a networking lunch)

Items for discussion at the meeting will include:

An opportunity to take part in a workshop to discuss ideas for the content of clinical academic job roles. This work has the potential to be shared nationally with colleagues from the NIHR and the Clinical Academic Roles Implementation Network (CARIN).
Plans for subgroups with a short talk by Lizelle Bernhardt (who has volunteered to run a sub group in Leicester/Loughborough). This will include an opportunity to feedback your ideas for topics that you would like to be discussed in a sub group setting.
We will hear a story of how EMCAPN has benefitted one of our members. There will also be a chance for you to share your own story about how being a member of the network has helped you to progress.
